Aaron joined CBL in October 2015. Aaron is experienced in real estate, corporate, financing, and franchise transactions, as well as land use, zoning, and other local government issues.

Prior to joining CBL, Aaron worked for the city attorney offices for Park City, Utah and Orem, Utah. From 2012 to 2014, he worked for a real-estate firm in Illinois, where he managed and closed hundreds of residential real-estate transactions in the Chicago area. During law school, he represented entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations as a member of the Institute for Justice Clinic on Entrepreneurship and worked as a summer extern for Judge Ted Stewart of the U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Aaron received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School in 2012. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in English Literary Studies from Brigham Young University-Idaho, with a minor in journalism. After completing his undergraduate studies in 2007, Aaron worked as an editor for the Daily Herald newspaper in Provo, Utah until enrolling in law school in 2009.

Aaron’s interests include American literature, hiking, and sports of every kind.
